PnP promises that if an item is incorrectly priced on the shelf it is given free but this was not the case. When I purchased a dessert and the price was incorrectly labelled I showed Morne Nortje who with some arrogance told me the barcode on the advertised label was for another product and that the product I had purchased was just packed at the wrong place. If there was only one item of this product incorrectly packed I would have understood but an entire shelf of the incorrect product? I think it was rather the incorrect price labelling on the shelf. I don't know if Morne Norje thought that I usually go to PnP to seek out incorrect price labelling but the way he spoke to me it clearly seemed that way. He kept repeating that he cant give it to me for free because the barcode was not for that item even when I tried to explain the aforementioned to him. People started to stare so i just took my receipt & left.
