I recently (Aug 2013) bought facial cream from PNP woodlands. The price of the item at the till was incorrect (different from the shelf price) and a price correction was done. I was still charged for this item, although at the reduced price. I have very recently been made aware that this item should have been free (as per PNP policy). Why did this not happen in my case? It is clear that PNP takes advantage of customers who are not aware of policies. Shame on you!!!
As this item was suppose to have been free and i had to pay for it, please make arrangements for me to pick up my free one ASAP.
