Today at 1.30pm I entered the store during my lunch break, I purchased a few items amoungst them was Rainbow chicken viennas priced at R19.99 on the shelf. There was NO other labels, just one label. At the pay point, it scanned as R29.99. A male supervisor was called who took literally over 10 minutes to go "check" the shelf. A female supervisor came, said that it was for a "red pack" of rainbow viennas. The deli manager was called who admitted there was NO R29.99 label. Needless to say, my time was wasted and I left the store without that item. This is NOT the PNP POLICY. This is the 2nd time in a matter of 2-3 weeks in this very store I experienced incorrect pricing. This is disgusting for such a small in size store to have so many items not priced or incorrectly priced. The attitudes and response of supervisors dont exactly make the situation any better. Time wasted at a till point even just waiting for them to remove the wrong priced item.By far the worst pnp experience I ever had. I have the till slip to show the item "voided" clearly no KNOWLEDGE of their own brand policy. Absoultely disgusting experience.
