I don't actually know why I'm even bothering to write this as I have complained on two other occasions about Edgars and received empty promises. Today I spent more than my lunch time standing in a queue to pay for a few items. It was lunch time and only 2 cashiers. But make no mistake, there were many staff members walking around aimlessly! After others in the queue complained I asked a Manager (Jerry) why so few cashiers? Why Edgars service has gone down so badly? His answer "the cashier can answer me"! I have previously complained about Wonderpark and Wonderboom Junction and yet Edgars has not improved, in fact its worse. I don't want a call from Edgars apologising I want Edcon to up their game or I will close my account.
