When will the customer be considered?

I went into Edgars at The Glen today to buy some sheets. Firstly, there was a strong smell of paint in the store, and as I am very allergic to paint, I wanted to get my purchase done quickly and leave. When I found some sheets, there was no one around to help me with questions I wanted answered. There were some staff standing around talking, and when I approached them, they looked so disinterested! I eventually got the information I wanted, and asked where I need to pay. I was sent to the men's department
cashiers, which are quite a way from the linen department. There was quite a queue there, but only three cashiers available with several tills closed. One of the staff who was standing around then went for lunch, and after helping her customer, another cashier just left. So we had two cashiers, who were very slow! I am unable to stand for long periods of time, and was soon in pain, aside from the terrible paint smell! When I eventually was helped, I saw the one cashier returning with a big mug of tea/coffee, to resume at her till. All in the queue were shocked that this person could see the long queue, and just left her station to get tea. The service at this branch is shocking!!
