Shocking service
1. I went into Estcourt Branch to buy a large amount t shirts. I was advised that the branch cannot order t-shirts, they could only sell what they have.
2. 12 June 2013, I called Victoria Street PMB 033 394 0149, spoke to Melusi, then Blanche for 15 minutes to establish that they do not have stock.
3. Called Church Street Branch PMB, spoke to Alecue, no stock, she gave me head office number.
4. Called head office, spoke to Norma, she said that she was in Customer service, and could not help me??? I thought I WAS a customer??? She gave me a number for Mondeni branch (032 454 2301) this number does not work.
5. Called head office again, spoke to Farnaaz. She was very helpful. She took all information of shirts I was looking for, placed them on order (ref 196388 and 196397), gave me reference numbers for the order for following up, she said that is the stock was available, it would be sent to the Estcourt branch.

I cannot believe that a company as well known as Ackermans staff cannot check stock in other brahches, and that the 'customer service' help line cannot help me (Norma). I am astounded at the inability of the first 5 people I spoke to.
