About two years ago I had a problem with spam smses being sent and I had all my family's cell numbers added to the "not allowed marketing" database. I also went through Hello Peter due to Edgars' constant sms harasment and it was stopped... until two weeks ago - when suddenly - my father has been inundated with Edgar's sms spam. I have explained to Edgars customer care that my father has cancer and is not well and does not need to be harassed in this dispicable, inconsiderate way. He is not ABLE to go out and buy clothes an he is connected to pipes and nappies. I am sick of the way companies think they can dictate to people. If this harassment does not stop TODAY, I will be seeking legal advice as I know that it s not legal, as per the consumer protection act - to market to people without their permission and I have informed you on several emails (in writing) that I do NOT give permission to have my father (or any other family member) marketed to via sms.
Do you really think customers will chose to shop at your stores, given your lack of moral ethics and customer disregard!
