Good day,
On the 22nd November I went to Mr Price Home at the Church Street, i had a printed hard copy of a specific couch that i wanted. Employees at the store check from their system, to see which store around Pta has stock available. They very helpful, I paid and i was assured my delivery will be done on monday. On monday i got a call from their call centres to inform me that i will be getting my order between 3pm and 5pm. Round about 4pm, they called to say they are on their way. I thought wow! what a service. My couch was delivered no problem, I noticed that there was a fault on the couch. I Immediately called the Pta church street Branch and spoke to Walter, he then told me he will escalate the matter to his manager. First thing in the morning his manager by the name of Abie, he assured me that he will investigate on the matter and get back to me. I must say he has done an outstanding job. I got my brand new couch on the 27th November.
Well done Pta church branch, I am a happy customer.
