Shocking Service (t-shirt T Shirts

Our first order with China direct was a nightmare as they hardly had any of the stock we ordered and ended up replacing it with alternatives. For our second order we needed various colours and despite my colleague being on the phone all day with Stacey regarding colours in stock she never once mentioned that we are only allowed 2 different colours per order (although our first order had 4 diff colours). Stacey eventually emailed back after the order had been put through to advise this. We then called and spoke to Kevin about a credit on the account as the minimum order quantity for t shirts is 50. He advised that we could pay for 50 and collect stock as we need. I then placed an order yesterday, after no response I sent another email and I received was a very rude email from Stacey stating they DO NOT supply under 50 shirts even if we have paid for 50. When I asked about the discussion with Kevin all I got as a reply was an email in caps repeating that they will not supply under 50 shirts at anytime. They have never shown any professionalism or customer service and the lack of communication within the company is shocking.
