On 12 or 13 Jan I went to Key West branch to purchase a ladies bra. Size XL made by Shelley in natural at R99-00 each. They did not have my size in stock. Spoke to Molly who took down my details, said would get and call me. On 24th I called, spoke to Nthabifeng, said Molly not in branches have no stock. Not impressed, spoke to her manager Petrus who said he would find out and call me back.- never did. Molly called me next day said only 1 in stock will ask buyer to order and come back to me.
Today 30th I called Molly, said she was off sick, now Petrus is off sick, I asked for the buyers number she gave me 011-493-7137 speak to Carla, the number does not exist. Called her back said call h/office on 011-495-6000 and ask for buyer. Got hold of Rashmita who said I must speak to Amina on 011-495-7688, called, just rings. Called h/office again, spoke to Sadai on switchboard, said she would send Amina an e-mail to call me. That was at 13h05 today!
How many times must I contact Edgars? Pathetic!!
