Extremely bad service at Edgars Kenilworth!!!

I have purchased a BlackBerry cellular phone at Edgars Kenilworth, bringing it back for the third time the end of April 2013. When I called the branch in May 2013, I didn't not receive any valued answer from anyone and was promised a call from a supervisor which i have requested for because there wasn't one available to assist me, as per the consultant, to date has not happen. I then went to the store yesterday and were told that they have called me the 10th of May 2013 but there was no answer and when I asked why they didn't try again, I was told that there is only one consultant working in that area. I was then handed my faulty phone after being there for more than 6 weeks. I am required to be contacted 24/7 for personal reasons and I am now sitting with a problem phone. Is this what you call a top class retailer? This is disgusting and then to top it off, still have the courage to say that the phone was not sent away!
