On the 11/02/2013, I booked in my phone for repairs at Edgars Westgate, I was then informed that the insurer will get hold of me in two weeks time, when that did not happen, I went back to Edgars Westgate on the 26/02/2013 to enquire re- phone repair, I was assisted by Sizwe, he checked the date of booking, which confirmed 11/02/2013. On further checking, he found out that on the computer system, it indicated "under investigation"he then called the insurer, but the insurer informed him that there is no record of the phone being received by the insurer. He then checked the logging book, only to find that my phone was sent to the insurer on the 19/02/2013, a week later.
He requested me to give him time to investigate the matter, and promised to contact me before end of business day (26/02/2013), to date he never called, now I don't know where my phone is.
