DISGUSTING SERVICE & POOR QUALITY OF FURNITURE!!

WHERE DO I EVEN START, THIS IS MY 3RD COMPLAINT ABOUT HOUSE & HOME BUT THIS IS THE LAST STRAW NOW! MY HUSBAND PURCHASED A LOUNGE SUITE FROM HOUSE & HOME 3.5 YEARS AGO, ACCORDING THE THE TAG ON THE COUCH, IT STATES (LEATHER & HOW TO CLEAN LEATHER!) ON OUR INVOICE IT SAYS LEATHER MATE, BUT THIS IS NOT THE POINT! I DON'T CARE THAT WE GET A YEAR GUARANTEE OR IF IT'S LEATHER, LEATHER MATE, PLASTIC, MATERIAL OR WHATEVER, THIS DOES NOT MEAN THAT A LOUNGE SUITE CAN PEEL WITHIN A SPACE OF 3.5 YEARS OR EVEN LONGER!! I HAVE SPOKEN TO A FEW PEOPLE FROM HOUSE & HOME MARGARET HILLS (HEAD OFFICE) EUGENE (N1 CITY) & THE REGIONAL MANAGER EVAN BORCHER WHICH IS NO HELP AT ALL. HE SAYS TO ME THAT THEY WILL FIX THE LOUNGE SUITE AT OUR COST, I WAS SHOCKED WHEN I HEARD THIS!! THE QUALITY THAT HOUSE & HOME SELL TO THE PUBLIC IS UTTERLY DISGUSTING & I WILL BE PUTTING THIS IN THE PAPERS, FACEBOOK, TWITTER, WHEREVER I CAN MAKE SURE NO ONE EVER BUYS THEIR POOR QUALITY FURNITURE AGAIN & NOT TO MENTION THEIR SERVICE, ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC! EVAN BORCHER COULD HAVE DONE MORE TO HELP US ONE OF THEIR CASH CLIENTS BUT NO ALL HE CAN SAY IS "SORRY", NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR ME!!!
