I would like to complaint about House & Home Customer Care Centre. I sent a complaint on 09/09/2013 to a lady by the name of Meranda, since then I havent heard anything. I sent her another email on the 10th wanting to know the progres of my complaint, but no response, I have been trying to phone today, no one answering. A customer care centre is suppose to resolve problems but in this case itself is a problem.
