I purchased a Vacuum from Game, The Glen on December 15th 2012. The Vacuum got progressively louder with use, to a point of me having to take my 4 month old out of the house when our domestic vacuums.
I looked for my guarantee slip and took it into Game on Saturday the 8th of June only to get poor customer service. The lady at the customer service counter who called the Tevo sales person, because it was a Bissel.
She insisted that it was noisy because it was dirty. I explained to her that I had a full time domestic who used it once per week and cleaned it every time she used it (following the instructions as it was inserted in the box) however, her mother in law fell and broke her leg which meant my domestic had to run of in a hurry on Friday. (i can prove this) and this is the reason it had that 1 days dirt in it. she proceeded to speak to me rudely (Muriel Mashishi) with no smile and tell me, I must learn to clean my appliances properly and maybe it won't give me problems. I explained that my warranty was not up and I wanted to change it for something less noisy even if more expensive. She said "We will never change it for you, there is nothing wrong with it".
