I purchased a copy of Black ops 2 from the Cresta branch on Saturday 8th June 2013.When trying to install the game [URL Removed] responded with a Duplicate Key Error( The Key had been used and assigned to another steam account).I phoned the store but they where closed.
I then Phoned the store on Monday 10th June and spoke to Hugo who arranged for me to get another copy from the Rosebank Store.Well They gave me a already opened unit again as Cresta had done.
So I try install the game again and low and behold the CD Key has also been used(Pirated).So I speak to Nassir and Musica Head Office and I wait for Feedback.
Tuesday Morning I phone and Speak to Nassir again and tell him the issue.
at 12H00 no one has phoned me so I phone back, I get told I can get a new (Sealed)copy from the Rosebank store.I phone Rosebank and Speak to Elaine, she doesnt know anything about it and they only have open copies of the game.I phone head office and tell thim this, it is now 14H06 and I am still waiting for Feedback.
The Importer "megaroms" informs me that when Musica Broke the seal they broke the importes warranty. SO NOW WHAT MUSICA? R400.00 for a game I havent been able to install for 4 Days.
