I saw online that Musica has a special on the new DSTV Explora. Going for R2499.99 until the 25th December 2013. I contacted the store in Witbank and apparently spoke to the manager Johannes. 1st of all they do not have stock, and the manager himself doesnt know how long an order takes to come into the store, and secondly he tells me that he doesnt know what the normal cost is because it is not on their system he would have to ask the buyer on Monday. I contacted another Musica who was but to glad to give me the information i required. I am disgusted to know that that is the calibre of managers we are hiring in our country!!! He cant even speak proper english!!! He is supposed to be the face of the store and i am horrified at this kind of service. DISGUSTED IN MUSICA
