Ive been collecting the Sime 3 games for years now. 4 months ago the game kept on crashing. I formatted my PC and re-loaded windows. I started re-installing Sims 3 game. When I got to Hidden Springs (needs to be downloaded - only product code is in the box) it kept on giving me an error that the product code have been used before. I am aware of this due to the fact that I used it to install the game before I formatted my PC. I phoned and was told by EEA that I need to log into their site, go to Purchase history and then download the game from there. But you need to buy sim points. Something like R390, which is absolutely bull, as the original game I bought at musica only cost R99. I then went from one supplier to the next, musica, CNA, etc. Nobody can get me the exp pack. I am willing to buy a new one in order to complete my collection, but no one seems to be able to help. Then I got Monte Vista Exp Pack, again my game crashed. I deleted the game again and started the re-install process. Apart from the fact that I had to give up on Hidden Springs, now Monte Vista doesnt want to re-install, also gives me an error.

What up EEA. this games is costing a fortune. GIve some support!!!
