I recently bought a game that costs R350 at Musica Cresta, and found-once I got home- that it did not work when I tried to install it.
I'm a student and that's A LOT of money!
"That happens", I thought. So I went back to the Musica store at Cresta 3days later to ask them to help me install the game. The floor staff were helpful BUT THE FLOOR MANAGER WAS AN ABSOLUTE! She couldn't understand why I was so -off about a game!
She even isinuated that I may not get a refund.
I will NEVER shop at Musica again!
Nor should anyone else!
