I pre-ordered a book on the 31st of May and paid for it by debit card and all was well. On Friday the 7th of June i emailed the customer service department to query when i will be receiving my book. Pumza responded to my email stating that the book will arrive on Tuesday the 11th of June. Perfect timing as the book is for my best friend whose birthday is on the 12th of June. So the 11th of June comes and no book. So i phone the call centre to check where the book is as the delivery address was for my work and i had already left. I get through to some chick that advises me that i will only be recieving the book on the 28th of June!!! Are you serious??? If i wanted the book at the end of the month i wouldnt have pre ordered the book!! Now i must rock up at my friends place without a gift because your company cant organise a book!!!

i will never order from this comany again and will make sure that every person i know, knows about the disgusting service i have recieved from this company - and for the record i am a customer service agent!!!
