Boardmans
Bought a Brand new Iron--- Not so new

I am very very disappointed...
I went out to Greenstone Shopping Center to the Boardmans there and the staff were very helpful and i bought a glass kettle, garlic crusher, 2 sets of salad spoons, baking trays ect and the IRON which i bought on recommendation from the floor staff...

So imagine my surprise when i opened the box and :
*it looked like it had been used
*there was still water in the iron
*the iron side was brown and full of scratches
and the cherry on top was when i plugged the iron in to see if it worked... it tripped my whole houses power en blew the plug...

I am very disappointed as i am a very good customer and really buy allot of stuff there cash!

I sincerely hope this matter can get sorted VERY SOON!
