Hi,
i have settled my account on the 21.02.2013. Till today you Furniture City have not updated my account states with XDS, Experia or Transunion. I have phoned them and they said my account has not been updated by you since Feb 2013. I was promised that this will be done and that all will be cleared 21 working days after settlement. Its now been 70 working days.
Please sort this out ASAP!!!
