I Just want my statement

I am so annoyed with edgars and their pathetic service as well as inefficient account/billing department.

First of all I have been requesting for them to send me my statement at home address since I opened the account a year ago. I have never received it and strangely enough I receive all my other mail except edgars.

Then one has the painful experience of dealing with people like Xuma who was as useful as a glass cricket bat, firstly during my conversation with him he was chuckling as if I am a friend of his I mean honestly what kind of "professional" is he. He then has the audacity to try to argue a point I am putting across.

I wanted to lodge a complaint and it seems that department is non existant, I have also seen the shoddy responses that edgars posts on Hellopeter, another testament at how poor customer services is with this company.

Bottom line I want my statement to be posted to me before the end of the week...

As for that Xuma boy, he needs urgent training he kept me on hold so many times
