I tried to contact Character Planet to order 'n duvet cover online. When I ask the lady last week when they will be receiving stock she was very rude and just said she don't know. I feel that you don't treat a customer that way. Do some trouble and find out when you will receive stock and then phone back your customer. But to just tell somebody " I DON'T KNOW" i think is very rude.
When I phoned this morning the same lady answered the phone and I asked politely to speak to somebody else and what a rude lady. She just hanged up the phone twice.
