No help at Joshua Doo

My phone fell by accident from the kitchen cabinet on the floor on its corner. I took my phone to Joshua Door Standerton on the 31st of December 2012 in the morning as it was under guerentee. For 4 weeks every second day i went to the shop to ask if my phone was back yet and if they heard something from the suppliers as i am using my phone a lot and really needed it. After a month passed they said my phone is back but its customer abuse and cannot help me. I phoned the area manager after they said i have to pay R600.00 for my phone. He said to take the phone back and tell them its not abuse its unrepairavle and they must give me a new phone! The lady at the shop then said to get an affidavit, which i done and took it in on the 15February BEFORE 1oclock! The one lady got exremely rude with me and tol me she cannot send the paperwork as it was too late in the day! o
On the 21st i went back again to confirm that my paperwork is through, the same "lady" again were very rude to me telling me everytime she sees me she i posed trouble!! I was never ever rude to them but they think they can say whatever they want to customers! I need better service and my phone plse!!!
