There is a Lady called Onke Mpakama in accounts department . she was very rude to me on the call when i was enquiring about my account. i requested to speak to her manager she hanged up the phone on me. i called again the told me that she is not going to call her manager and she hanged up and laughed at me.
She was very loud and very rude.
This is the kind of employees that Netcare has that disrespect the people that pay their salaries. Without us as clients there will be no Netcare and i don't think this lady is living the Netcare values. she needs to be called in order because she is affecting the entire Netcare reputation.
