This morning we tried to place a order online as we always do for 2 x Chicken Mayo and bacon. now every time we place it like this we get crispy bacon on our order and it works out R38.50. Now today they were off line so we phoned the order in and when it get here they have charged us R44.00, when i phoned to find out why the price difference, the lady that answers the phone was very rude and kept telling me well that is the way it is even after i was trying to explain to her that there is something wrong. I eventually just old her that seeing as though she is the customer SHE must me right. Our company spend lots of money with the springs branch but i doubt any of us will ever again. I refuse to work with RUDE people.
