I went to jet promenade to buy a cordroy sale pants size 11-12yrs. Promenade branch onli had 1 size 13-14, the lady that helped me went out of her way to look, I asked her if she can plese phone westate mall, she did, when the person answered she asked if she could get sum1 in the girls department the guy said help, the lady asked the man on the phone if he could please see if they have the pants, she gave all the detais, the guy said something to the lady, then the lady said the customer did ask you to look for her, then I asked her to give me the phone, the man not knowing I now was on the phone said, he cannot go look he's too busy changing something to do with sale in he's store, and the lady musnt have a attitude with him coz he's a manager and shell be lucky if she meaning me finds the pants then I spoke to him, I was so stunned at what he said, that I just said its ok to him on the phone, firstly the lady that did fone him was NOT at all rude, she was very polite on the fone with him, for a manager to have this kind of attitude realy stinks, he does not belong in retail, and needs training on how to treat a customer. Plz email me as my fone went away for repairs. I want an apology
