ITC status and misinformed

I called the Edgars call centre help NOT desk on the 3rd of June 2013 at about 17h30 to enquire about my ITC profile reflecting a that I was 30 days in arrears for the month of May. I spoke to Mabota Mamokatsa that assured me that my account needs to be settled by the 7th of each month. I then brought to her attention that I spoke to an agent in August /September 2012 that notified me that I can pay my account anytime during the month. As my intention was to stop paying my account at the end of each month but rather pay the account at the beginning of each month. The agent told me it was fine it will not affect my ITC record. When I spoke to Mabota about my account reflecting as 30 days in arrears, she assured me my ITC profile will automatically be removed next month as my account is now up to date and that she will send me a confirmation letter either via fax or email. I opted for the letter to be sent via email and fax, the agent then told me that she has no email facility (THEN WHY GIVE THE OPTION). I then spoke to her team leader, Thoko that further assured me that he would have the ITC record rectified as I was advised incorrectly and he would send me a reconciliation on the 4th of J
