Closed Account, Still open on ITC

Good Day

I settled my account October/November 2012, I went to Edagrs Canal Walk, I did the whole process I spoke to someone in the call centre. They informed me it would take 7 working days.

I recently downloaded my ITC report, Edgards still show open. I then called Edcon to ask for a paid up letter to update my ITC myself. The woman I spoke to informed me I would receive the email in 48hrs.

Up to today, Still no paid up letter and my Edgars account still remains open on ITC, Edcon assured me they would update ITC

I would like my paid up letter and ITC to be updated
