I been dealing with these 2 ladies since this store was a DIONS store. They are always willing to help and go the extra mile.
I had a problem with a SAMSUNG DISHWASHER - and it was an absolute nightmare. But between these 2 ladies who not only ALWAYS called me and kept me up to date with what was happening, they always went the extra mile to try and phone someone, and if that someone could not help, they would call someone higher and higher up in the ranks of SAMSUNG. As it seems theri is a hierarchy there to actually get to someone that can make a decisiion and get things going and happening.
In the end Rani got me a brand new dishwasher and the problems were sorted out.
GAME/WALMART should look after these 2 ladies, as they are an absolute GEM to your company and I really hope you look after them well and reward them, as if it was not for them, I would use your oppositions to buy goods.
I have purchased all my white goods and home products at DIONS and Game and I now need a new Fridge and believe me I will be buying it with Rani.
