There was unauthorised purchase on my account. i did report it but no one is helping me. i have completed forms but no response .ever since i reported this matter on October 2012 . i have phoned customer care no one is helping me at all or explained to me who authorised such purchase of airtime on my account.i need some one to get back to me and explain what really happed on my account, im tired of visting your shop or calling your call centre without any help
