31 Dec 2012 i went ot Jet Taung to make a purchase and i was informed that my account was blocked the reason being a purchase of R8 499 as well as a credit note of R2 999 was made on my account at Hilbrow on the 28th of December 2012 which resulted on a balance of R5 4999. My account was fully paid up with credit balance of -28c as at 24 December 2012. I not aware of these purchases and never authorised them let alone be in Gauteng during that period. I was advised to obtain an affidavit from TAUNG SAPS and fill the dispute forms in stored and i did that on the very same day. Until today (21 Jan 2013) there is no progress on the matter and this affecting my good credit record. I had this Edgards account for 12 years and i never missed a payment. Can someone do his/her job to resolve this matter because my credit reputation is at stake and i do take my finances very seriously.
