My account is the secondary number on an account held in my friend's name. My account is capped. This month my data and airtime has been depleted VERY fast and I have had to top up 3 times. Today I topped up with R84 airtime from my FNB bank account and when I attempted to purchase R59 worth of data I was told that my airtime balance was R24 so insufficient to purchase the data. All my details are loaded on as the secondary number and yet when I call the contact centre they are unable to assist me as I am not the main account holder. This is an archaic lack of service and lack of delivery.
