Possible non adherence to Jet store policy

Miss Philadelphia Moloi took advantage on my grandma and used her Jet account. She purchased on 19 Nov 2012 and 06 Jan 2013. The second purchase grandma was not aware of it and her ID book had since been missing. We have been looking for the ID since 02 Jan 2013 to date. On the 02 Feb 2012, Philadelphia confirmed to me and the police that she did not have the ID book with on her second purchase. Is this not a non-compliance to Jet policy? What is most worrying is the fact that both purchases were authorised by same cahier: Jeanette Masilo. Grandma is a pensioner of 76 years and I have to act on her behalf. I have contacted the Store Manager (Mosidi), related the matter and she could remember the first incident clearly as she was helping the security at the door. I have even drove 460km to Vryburg store to complain to the manager all in trying to resolve the matter. The Store Manager told me that she can only help me with the detailed account statement as all documents are sent to head office every week and she is unable to verify whether ID book and the letter were presented on purchase. I have contact the Jet customer care line and they referred me to the store manager.
