Wishing to purchase an article I saw published in the local paper, I entered the above store. I selected the item, and, on close examination of the box, saw that the contents differed from those advertised.
Unhappy, I approached Mr Sivalingham, who after numerous phone calls, e-mails and follow up with head office, and all others concerned, went an extra 5000 miles, to satisfy a VERY dissatisfied customer, and did!
