AND NO CONCERN FOR SAME, BAD CUSTOMER SERVIC

I VISITED THE CLARINS COUNTER AT EDGARS FOURWAYS AT APPROXIMATELY 2PM ON SUNDAY THE 9/6/2013 I WANTED TO BUY SOME PRODUCTS/ AT THE SAME TIME QUALIFY FOR THEIR SPECIAL. I SPOKE TO THABI WHO WAS HELPING ANOTHER GENTLEMAN AT THE TIME AT THE CLARINS COUNTER. SHE INFORMED US THAT SHE WAS NOT SURE WHERE THE BASE WAS BUT IF I BOUGHT A TREATMENT PRODUCT AND SOMETHING ELSE I WOULD QUALIFY. I SAID THAT IN THAT CASE I WOULD GET THE BASE FROM MAC. THABI WAS INSISTENT THAT NO! I WAIT AT THE COUNTER TO BE HELPED BY THE CONSULTANT WHO SHE WOULD CALL. AFTER 20 MINUTES OF WAITING I CAUGHT SIGHT OF THABI AGAIN AND SHE ASSURED ME THAT THE CONSULTANT WOULD SOON COME. IN THE TIME I WAITED MY CELLPHONE WAS PICK-POCKTED FROM MY HANDBAG. WHEN I REPORTED TO RISK MANAGER SIBUSISO, THE NEXT DAY, HE WAS VERY NON-CHALANT AND BASICALLY SAID HE IS NOT SURE WHY THABI MADE ME WAIT AT THE COUNTER. HE DID CONFRONT THABI BUT SHE WAS DEFENSIVE AND RUDE SAYING I DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT IF I DID NOT WANT TO . SIBUSISO WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO VIEW CAMERA FOOTAGE & THEN SAID MOST SMALLER CAMERA'S HAD NOT BEEN WORKING FOR A MONTH THE GENERAL CAMERA HAD NO PROOF ON IT. BOTH STAFF SEEMED DISINTERESTED IN THE
