I have been looking for a set of body firming and toning product and did my research on several products in the past two weeks trying to get an better understanding of the ingredients and reviews on the internet. Today I happily went to Clarins in Edgars the V&A Waterfront Cape Town and was hoping to take my babies home, there was no one to help me at all. I waited with my boyfriend looked around for about ten minutes there was just NO ONE at Clarins! I had to go to Bobby Brown and ask for help but the lady there as I thought did not know anything about Clarins. She kindly asked for someone else working at Clinque and asked her to assist me but I had more questions to ask as I am not sure if I should get high definition for cellulite or extra body firming cream. It was only eight in the evening but someone who was suppose to be there to assist was not there, if Clarins closed at eight then you should rather put a notice there to inform your customers that there will be NO ONE to assist and NOT having to WAIT!!!
I then went to Clarins at Foschini also in the V&A Waterfront Cape Town, the lady who helped me did not know the products! I asked her what was the difference between bod
