I just want to thank Ranga for the great pre sales & after sales service that he gave me.
Firstly he remembered me from my previous visit to Decofurn, gave a warm smile & a handshake, thereafter he processed my order & made arrangements for the delivery, part of my order was to be sent from another store as the 4ways branch was out of stock of that particular item. Unfortunately when delivery was made that part of the order was incorrect something I only noticed when I went home as I did not received the delivery in person. All it took was 1 phone call to Ranga on Friday & he took ownership of the issue, rectified the problem in no time & he continued to message me with the progress just to keep me in the loop. I think all staff at Decofurn should adopt his client centric attitude as I previously had a issue with one of the managers. I would encourage prospective clients to try him out.
