Bad Service - Clarins

I have been into Edgars at Fourways Mall twice now to purchase Clarins products. The first time, a few weeks back, the consultant was nowhere to be found so I ended up purchasing an Estee Lauder (very friendly and professional consultants) foundation. Yesterday morning I was back to purchase a day cream and an eye cream. Once again there was no consultant at the counter. The Clinique consultant tried to help me but wasnt sure as to what was going on with regards to the promotions, etc. She said the Clarins consultant was meant to be back at 10am and wasnt sure where she was. (it was 10.30am). Another lost sale for Clarins. It gets worse. I then call their head office and ask to go through to customer services/complaints and am told that the lady is actually away on leave and the person to speak to, Pippa, will call me back during the course of the day as she is in a meeting. I am still waiting. Bad, bad service and attitude Clarins. Unacceptable. I am a loyal consumer of your products and this is not on!!!
