Efuse to refund poor quality products sold

I bought hand couches from the Traffic store in Canal Walk in November. Firstly they didn't accept any other paymemt than cash, so i had to physically go there to pay for the goods on 13/11/2012 and only had it delivered on 16/111/2012 after numerous enquiries. Only my children sit on this couch and 2 chairs, the eldest weighing 30kg. After only a month there was nothing left of the foam upholstery and they are sittimg on the frame. I've contacted head office on 0214344923 before the end of Dec and was informed that i had to speak to the buyer, Gareth, who was on leave. I phoned back on 03 Jan and left a message for him to phone me. Followed up again on 09 Jan and 11 Jan after no response and was informed that i have to speak to the area manager, Zaaid Mohammed - i left a message for him to phone me - still nothing. I phoned in yesterday, 18 Jan, and got his cellnr, phoned and he told me that he did phone me but didn't think to leave a message. Also that he spome to the owner, Mard Lifman, and sorry, they do not do refunds. He can also not give me the owner's number because he doesn't take phone calls! Do i now just have to keep this junk?!
