HYUNDAI HOFFELDT & SA-EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE

I have a Hyundai I20 which I bought from Hoffeldt Hyundai during 2010, which is still under warranty. On the 26th of November 2012 I had a technical problem with my car, and took it to Hoffeldt Auto on the 27th of Nov in which they advised that it was the steeringyoke and shatter on the brakes which was the problem. On the 28th of Nov they informed me that they need to order a part from Korea which will arrive on the 18th of Dec 2012. I left my car with them as I was going on leave for a week, but upon my return on the 22nd of Dec I phoned to ascertain what the situation might be and as no one answered I left a message to no avail. On the 24th I visisted them personally, only to be told that the car was not repaired yet, and there were no mechanical staff present to assist. I phoned them on 27 Dec and was informed that the part will only arrive on the 31st of Dec. From the 8th of January I have made numerous phone calls to Hyundai SA, Hoffeldt and even spoke to Mr Hoffeldt himself, in which I said that I will need to take this further with Hyundai SA, in which I received an unsympathic and totally unproffesional reply to the likes of: "You must have done it in the 1st instance"
