No Charge Sir!

I broke the strap clasp for my Cellini travel bag and unsuccessfully tried getting a replacement from four stores in Umhlanga/Gateway with no one even offering to try and find a replacement. I walked into Gopals on Saturday evening and explained the problem to the gentleman who approached me. He asked me to wait while we tried the first option. He brought out of the back a box of assorted loose straps and told me if any would suit. I immediately found one that would suit and agreed to take it and walked to the counter to pay. He said "That'll be no charge, Sir". His whole attitude and approach was brilliant. Thank You for seeing my problem as not some petty issue that should be resolved by buying a whole new bag and thank you for not ripping me off by selling me something that would probably be dumped at some stage, even though I was quite happy to pay for it. Now don't let the bosses scold him for not making a buck as I will definitely return and you will make more.
