Good day
On Saturday, 19/01/2013. I bought two jeans from Edgars a Guess and Levi.
The Levi jean was marked as R499.00 on the shelf, but when I got to the till R550.00 was written on the price tag in pen.
When I pointed this out to the cashier a big argument started for a few minutes and she insisted I pay the extra R51.00 for my jean. She said I must pay what is written on the tag irrelevant of the fact that the other jeans on the shelf, which is the same cut/style and make as the one I bought, are priced cheaper.
Can someone please come back to me on this and also give me a refund for the R51.00 as I can not see the reason for the extra charge?
I also have prove of the extra charges, if needed.
