March 2011 I signed up for a cell c contract of R50 airtime and 50sms monthly for 6months at Jet Polokwane. within the 6months period the simcard was no longer working but I continued paying the contract as I knew that it will be ceased in sept 2011 but it didn't cease. I went to jet polokwane trying to cease the contract many times, the cell c stuff just take my details and tell me the agents will call to cancel my account but they never do. its now more than 2 years of paying for services I don't receive. I even tried going to jet Turfloop but its the same theres no progress. I cant close the jet account due to the cell c contract
