I settled my account with you last month. The lady helping me promised that the debit order will be stopped and that i won't be billed anymore. however, on the 28 May 2013, the debit order went off. when i wanted the refund, thjey told me to bring a statement. now i need to go into the branch, wait for an hour because of a up you made. if you made a mistake it is you responsibility to fix it and not to make it my problem. you can see on your system that you did received it and now you can't even fix it because you are incompetent. Well thanx to my bank, this debit order was reversed and it only took me 5 minutes. so you will not get your statement, and you will never see me again. and i will spread the word on how yoju peoples money, because the clerk told me that i'm not the only person they did this too. Please do not bother to phone me, the only reason for this complaint is for the public to see how dishonest you are.
