My husband bought two boxes of Clicks brand breast pads incorrectly (i asked for pads and he got breast pads which i dont need) He doesnt know what he did with the slip, i went back to clicks saxby to try and exchange them (i was in addition going to spend more than the exchange amount on other products) They refused to change them because i didnt have a slip. Not only did they refuse but they where also incredibly rude and the woman behind the counter actually laughted at me. This is disguisting and i am very disapointed. I spend a lot of money everymonth at Click and am actually considering not using Clicks in future because of this.
