Went to clicks this morning to buy my wife hair straightener which she saw for R169.99 the previous day.got to the till were i was told to pay R199.99. Told them about the price on the shelve and they sent an assistant to verify the price.he then came back with another straightener confirming that's the one for R169.99. Did not have a problem since i was in a hurry, that second product scanned at R269.99.Then came a supervisor or a manager since she did not have a name badge.she went to the shelve and came to tell me that the product for R169.99 is out of stock and i have to pay R199.99 and there is nothing she can do to help me.i then asked if there is any one who can help me, and she said it to my face that no one can help me.i drove 25km to clicks to buy one product and that is the best they can do. whilst i was there they even processed another customers refund in front of the till i was paying at without even notifying me.is that the service we pay for. especially from a big retailer like clicks. I'm not happy at all and i want to get my wife that present. Mr [Email Removed]
