I subscribed to the Animal Farm and every month a debit order goes off with the usual amount for the 4 books i receive each month. on the 30 April, i had received an Sm's from my bank to say that a debit order amount of R399 went off. I immediately phoned Jacklin to be advised that the reason why extra went off was due to the debit order not being processed the previous month due to a system error on their side. They therefore deducted for 2 months worth of books - they said they are only allowed to deduct up to an amount of R400. which i interrupted the person i was speaking to and told her that my payments have gone off every month like clock work, she said she will email me my statement which i received two days later. so i sent them a nice email with an attachment of my bank statement showing that all payments have gone off and they have over charged me. i received an email on the 03/05/2013 from Marelize Leiding customer care apologising as their system has billed me for march and April's books together, a lady phone me today from their trying to tell me the same the first lady told me. i now want to know Jacklin enterprises will you be refunding me my money that you took
