Good morning I have made a settlement on Saturday the 28 September 2013 now a debit order has been made today the 01 October 2013 from my account I am truly upset because I asked one of your employees if there will be any debit order made after I have settled my account and she said no so now I want to use my money. what do I do now. I'm truly not satisfied with the service I'm getting I called the number now I have to email my copy of ID, my bank statement but you were the ones who were debiting my money now why can't the money be reversed from where it was debited I won't be able to go to the bank as I don't get time please assist accordingly as to why can't they reverse the payment. I was a loyal customer and I never gave trouble with paying the account now this is what I get.
